Work Christmas Lunch in Leamington Spa: Booking for Office Teams

Organising the team lunch

If you are the person organising the office Christmas lunch in Leamington Spa or the surrounding Warwickshire towns, here is what you need from the restaurant before you can send the invitation.

• Menu and price: three courses at £33.95 per person, crackers included. See the full Christmas menu.
• Deposit: £5 per person.
• Service charge: discretionary 10% for groups of 5 or more.
• Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 23:00.
• Dietary needs: tell the team in advance about vegan, gluten-free and nut-free guests and any allergies.

Why a vegetarian menu removes the argument

Team lunches often stall on the menu: someone is vegetarian, someone is vegan, someone avoids gluten. A fully vegetarian menu means everyone orders from the same list, and a set menu keeps the bill simple to split. For the rest of the year, the weekday lunch thali is £6.95 (12 noon to 3pm, Monday to Friday).
